- Heat ghee in a pan and splutter cumin seeds.
- Add crushed ginger, green chilies and saute until raw aroma disappears.
- Lower the heat and add whisked curd.
- Mix everything well.
- Add sendha namak to taste and mix well.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes or until kadhi thickens stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve warm.
