Steps to make Quick panner gravy:
- Take a Tawa pour 1 tbsp of oil, after the oil is hot add bay leaf, cinnamon, Cumin, ginger,garlic,cashews &onions and fry them nicely until the onion turns brown..
- After they are fully fried keep it aside let it cool, meanwhile take your tomato cut it and grind it in your mixer to make a puree. And keep the puree aside..
- Once the fried ingredients are cool,grind them too in your mixer. if need you can add few spoons of water to make them a smooth paste texture..
- Now take a kadai pour 2tsp of oil, once the oil is heat pour the Masala paste into it and stir nicely after 1 min pour the tomato puree too. Mix them nicely add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder & salt as required..
- Now cut your panner in cubes and add it to the curry and add a bit of water if its too creamy and bring the gravy to boil by covering its lid until 5 min, now add few coriander leaves and serve it hot with your soft chapati..
