- Now add little salt and fruit salt and mix in one direction only.Now fill all idli moulds and steam it for 15 minutes at medium flame..
- After cooling down,demould them and can be eaten with coconut chutney..
- And for tempering heat1 tbsp ghee,add black sesame seeds,mustard seed and curry leaves and pour it on the idlis..
