- Add mashed potatoes, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, dry ginger powder, chopped coriander leaves, grated ginger, rock salt and Kuttu aata..
- Combine everything well. If the mixture is sticky then grease your palms with oil and make flat patties (as shown in images.).
- Now heat oil in Kadhai. Drop these patties carefully in Kadhai. Fry these on medium-low heat, till they turn golden brown and crisp. Once done from both sides, transfer these on plate..
- Serve hot with tamarind or coriander chutney..
